Review Order
Once your credit has been approved, you've set up Sites, and added Assets, you are ready to start submitting Orders through Fuel Me!
Only Account Owners, Company Admin, Site Admin and Users who have the 'New Order' permission, enabled, can create Orders.
Customer & Order Info
To begin the fuel ordering process, simply click the '+ New Order' button located at the top left of your screen in the Menu Bar.
Your contact information will auto-populate when placing an order.
Account Owners and Company Admin can either assign another user as the order contact or add a new contact entirely by clicking on the + Add Contact button.
Order Info
Next, enter your preferred Delivery Date and Delivery Window. If you have purchased our Emergency Services subscription, you will have the option to flag the order as an Emergency Order.
The Delivery Window is an estimate and not a guaranteed time of delivery. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather or extended times at previous stops.
Recurring Orders
You can also create a Recurring Order by turning on the ‘Recurring Order’ toggle. Activating this toggle will allow you to choose custom date ranges and delivery days for multiple deliveries by clicking on the ‘Recurring Dates’ dropdown and using the Calendar view.
Using the Date Range option in the example below, recurring deliveries are set for every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from July 1 to July 31.
The Individual Dates option will allow you to pick and choose multiple, specific dates over multiple days, weeks or months.
Multiple Deliveries
If you need fuel delivered multiple times within the same day, you can activate the Multiple Deliveries toggle and select from up to 3 available Delivery Windows.
Delivery Info
Select the Site from the Site dropdown to which you want fuel delivered. The Site Contact and Address will autopopulate.
Account Owners and Company Admins can add a New Site and Site Contact from within the Order by clicking on + Add New Site and + Add Site Contact. These will open pop-ups where you can input the New Site and Contact information. The Site Contact can be changed even after the order is placed.
Product & Assets
Next, you’ll choose the Asset(s) for which you are ordering fuel. On the Products & Assets page, you have the option to choose one, multiple or all of your Assets for fueling and indicate the quantity of fuel to be delivered.
From within the Equipment/Assets window, choose the Asset to include in your order and update the quantity of needed fuel if necessary (an amount will autopopulate but can be edited). Then click on the shopping cart icon to add the order to your cart. You will need to confirm the selection from the pop-up window.
To add multiple Assets to the Order, click on the box next to Equipment/Assets then + Add Multiple Assets then Add All to Cart within the pop-up window.
Note: You can update the amount of fuel ordered for each Asset in the Bulk Order view by updating the ‘Quantity’ field and then clicking on ‘Next’ to move to the next Asset in the order.
Review Order
After you have added all of your Assets and desired fuel quantities and products to your cart, click on Review Order.
This will allow you to Review your Order and either Cancel or Confirm the order.
