Customize Your Fuel Me Dashboard with Dynamic Widgets to Instantly Gain Insight into Your Fuel Costs
The Fuel Me Dashboard is comprised of a number of built-in Widgets that you can customized to provide you with an eagle-eye view of your organization's fueling needs. All of the Widgets are updated in real-time as you create and receive Orders, ensuring that you always have the most current and up-to-date information about your operations.

Navigating Your Dashboard
Filters
At the top of the Dashboard, you have the option to Filter the view by a Date Range and by your Sites. Updating the preferences in these drop-downs will adjust the Widgets to only report on that specified criteria.
Editing Your Dashboard
Users can customize which Widgets appear on their Dashboard by using the 'Edit Dashboard' button and selecting or deselecting the Widgets of their choice. Users will only have access to Widgets as determined by their Role. For example, if a User does not have access to the 'Tank Monitor' feature, they will not have the option to add the 'Tank Overview' Widget. Making updates to the Dashboard will only impact your Dashboard.
Clicking 'Reset Dashboard' button will reset the settings to the default view (all Widgets activated). Click to 'Save Changes' button to implement your updates to the Dashboard.
Fuel Order Management Widgets
Orders Calendar
The Orders Calendar appears in the top right hand corner of your Dashboard and allows you to quickly visualize and filter on all of your Pending, In Progress and Delivered Orders in a simple calendar view. Use the 'All' drop down to filter on different Order statuses. Days marked with a small yellow dot indicate a Fuel Delivery is scheduled. Clicking on the day will display a full list of the scheduled Orders and the Order details. You can click into any Order within the list to dive deeper into the Order record.
Fuel Orders Cart
In the top right corner of your Fuel Me account, is your Fuel Cart, which allows you to quickly view and manage your current orders with ease.
When you click on the Fuel Cart icon, a small dropdown appears, providing a summary of the items in your cart. It includes details such as the number of products in the cart, total fees, total taxes, and the overall order total. This preview offers a convenient and informative overview of your cart's contents.
Pending Orders
Stay updated with the Pending Orders widget, which outlines all Scheduled Orders, offering insights into your upcoming deliveries and helping to manage inventory levels. These Orders are currently In Progress and may require Action from your Team. The widget displays the total count of Orders that are in a Pending state and updates in real-time as Orders are submitted into your processing queue.
Total Oders
The Total Orders widget displays the cumulative number of Orders successfully delivered over a specified time period period. This information is vital for analyzing order frequency and operational throughput. You can use this widget to compare Total Orders between different time periods, which helps you to evaluate fuel order trends, identify significant changes, and monitor your Order activity over time. The Total Order widget updates in real-time as Orders are submitted through Fuel Me.
Total Gallons Delivered
The Total Gallons Delivered widget provides a comprehensive view of the total amount of fuel delivered within a selected time-frame. It enables you to effectively track fuel consumption by your operation and to better manage resources. The widget displays real-time updates as new Orders are placed or existing Orders are modified within the selected time period. This ensures you always have the most current information on Total Gallons Delivered.

Effortlessly monitor your fuel expenses with the Total Amount Spent Widget. This feature provides a real-time cumulative snapshot of your fuel expenditure based on your filtered time-period, offering valuable insights into your spending patterns and helping you to better budget for fuel. Additionally, it will display the percentage of increase or decrease in spend based on the specified time-period.
Total Spend
The Total Spend Widget expands on the Total Spent Widget and provides a timeline overview of your organization's running fuel spend within a specified time period. This widget helps you track and manage your fuel expenditure, identify spending trends, and make informed budgeting decisions.
The widget displays the total monetary amount of fuel orders placed within the selected time period and provides an aggregated sum of all of your Orders. Additionally, the widget provides a visual representation of your fuel spend over time, allowing you to quickly see trends in your fuel purchasing patterns. Hovering your mouse over different moments of the chart allows you to pinpoint you fuel spend in that moment in time.
Credits
If you are using Fuel Me's line of credit to pay for your fuel orders, the Credit Widget allows you to monitor your available credit, outstanding credit and refunds in real-time, allowing you to effectively manage your finances.
Credit Available: Displays the total amount of credit remaining compared to your total allotted credit. This helps you keep track of how much credit you have left for future fuel purchases.
Outstanding Balance: Shows the total amount owed and helps you to stay on top of your financial obligations.
Refund Credit: Lists any credits that Fuel Me has applied to your account. This provides transparency and helps you understand any adjustments made to your credit balance.
Sales Analytics
The Sales Analytics widget provides a comprehensive overview of the financial status of your Orders, showing Paid, Outstanding, and Overdue amounts. This widget helps users manage receivables, ensure timely payments, and maintain a clear understanding of the financial health of your Fuel Me account.
The visual representation using a color-coded pie chart allows you to quickly identify the status of your payments and a clear representation of the proportion of spend to each payment status.
Overdue Invoices Widget
Track overdue payments with ease using the Overdue Invoices widget. Get real-time updates and detailed information to ensure timely payments and efficient financial management. The widget highlights all the invoices that are overdue for your organization, providing a clear view of outstanding payments that require immediate attention. This helps you stay on top of your financial obligations and avoid potential late fees. You can apply filters to narrow down the display of Overdue Invoices by various parameters, such as Site, User, or Invoice Date, helping you focus on specific subsets of Overdue Invoices. This widget is an essential tool for any Billing User in your Fuel Me account.
Administrative Widgets
Account Manager
The Account Manager widget offers a convenient display of your dedicated Fuel Me Account Manager's contact details, including their name, email, and phone number.
Use this Widget to:
- Call or Email: You can directly initiate a call or compose an email to your Account Manager by clicking on the respective phone number or email address link within the widget.
- Schedule a Virtual Meeting: Quickly schedule a meeting with your Account Manager by clicking on the Schedule a Meeting button and booking a time that is convenient for you.
Your Account Manager is available for:
- In-depth Account reviews to better understand your fueling needs and trends
- Product feedback sessions to continuously improve the Fuel Me platform
- Technical Support regarding any aspect of the Fuel Me portal or Fuel Me Order submission process
Gallons Details
Visualize your fuel ordering and delivery trends over a specified time period through the Gallon Details widget. This tool shows the cumulative total gallons of fuel ordered versus delivered with real-time updates and customizable filters to help you efficiently monitor fuel usage. The chart will update in real time as your Orders submitted and marked as Delivered. This widget helps you monitor fuel delivery trends, manage inventory, and plan future orders effectively.
Product Summary
The Product Summary widget provides a colorful breakdown of all the different fuel products delivered to your organization by the quantity in gallons and the overall percentage of the product type. Use this widget to analyze fuel ordering patterns, manage your inventory more effectively, and adjust future orders based on actual purchasing data. You can also toggle this widget to see the only fuel Delivered versus On Order.
Hovering your mouse over different aspects of the graph within the widget will display detailed information about the data in that section.
Sites
Gain a complete overview of your organization's active and inactive Sites using interactive map. This widget helps you monitor site activity, identify site-specific performance, and make informed decisions about site management.
All of your Sites will appear as pins on the map, offering a visual representation of Site locations. You can toggle between viewing all Sites, Active Sites (green pins), and Inactive Sites (red pins). Hover your mouse over a Site pin to get a quick snapshot of its Fuel ordering stats.
Assets Widget
Easily view and manage your organization's Assets with the Assets widget. This tool provides a comprehensive Asset list, allows site-specific filtering, and offers interactive details for efficient asset management. Clicking on a record within the list allows you to edit and update the details of that Asset. When the dashboard is filtered by Site, the widget only displays the Assets at the selected site. This allows for focused management of Assets at specific locations.
Feature Add-On Widgets
Weather Widget
If you've purchased Fuel Me's Weather Services Add-On, you will have access to the Weather Widget, which provides real-time weather updates based on your location. You must have Location Services enabled on your browser. This feature aids in planning and operations, especially in weather-sensitive industries. The widget will display the temperature highs, lows, precipitation and the general weather description. If your Dashboard is filtered on a specific Site, the weather for that Site will be displayed. If no Site is selected, it will default to your Headquarter (Company Address) location.
Tank Overview Widget
If you have Fuel Me's Tank Monitoring Add-On feature, the Tank Overview widget is an essential tool for fuel inventory management. With real-time updates and a clear visual representation of tank fuel levels, users always have the latest information, enabling them to take proactive measures to refill tanks as needed. You can quickly view the status of each tank at a glance, thanks to the color-coded categories and real-time updates. By regularly monitoring tank levels, users can schedule refills in a timely manner, ensuring uninterrupted operations and optimal fuel utilization.
- Tanks that are below 10% capacity will report as Critically Low and display as Red, indicating an urgent need for refueling.
- Tanks with fuel levels below 50% but above 10% capacity will report as Low and display as Yellow, indicating that refueling may be required soon.
- Tanks with fuel levels above 50% are considered full and display in Green, indicating that they do not require immediate attention.
