Send Quote

As a customer, if you would like the option to generate a quote to review pricing and other details before requesting a fuel delivery, discuss enabling the Send Quote feature in your Fuel Me portal with your Account Manager.

 

With this feature enabled by your Fuel Me Account Manager, the process to submit a request for fuel delivery varies slightly. 

  • In the final step of the New Order process, you will notice the Review Order button at the bottom of the page has turned into Review Quote. 

 

  • Selecting Review Quote will open the Quote Summary pop up.

    • Here you are able to review a summary of the products you have added to your Fuel Cart.
    • At the top of the pop will be a dropdown. This will be a list of all users with an account in the Fuel Me portal within in your organization. Select one or as many users as you like to send the Quote summary to.
      • You will also have the option to add an external email address to this list if there is an individual who needs to receive a copy of the Quote that does not have an account in the Fuel Me portal.

Depending on your user role, the users seen in the dropdown may vary. For instance, a Company Admin will have visibility to all users in your entire organization. A Site Admin or Billing user role will only see the users that have been assigned to the same site as they have been.

 

 

  • All users and external email addresses entered in the Send Quote field in the Quote Summary pop up will receive an email with the PDF view of the Quote attached.
