The Logs subtab within the order management tab provides a record of important events and activities related to the processing and delivery of an order.
- Order Event Tracking: The Logs subtab captures a chronological log of key events and actions associated with the order. This includes timestamps and descriptions of events such as order confirmation, order updates, dispatch, delivery, payment processing, and any other relevant activities.
- Order Status Updates: Whenever there is a change in the order status, the Logs subtab documents these updates. For example, if an order transitions from "Awaiting Dispatch" to "Scheduled for Delivery," each status change is recorded with a timestamp. This allows customers to track the progress of their order and refer to specific milestones.
