This step in the order process focuses on the delivery location and onsite contact information.
Delivery Info
- Site Selection: You can select the delivery location from a dropdown that contains all of the existing sites in your customer portal.
- Users with admin credentials can add a new site from this step in the ordering process. This is convenient if the desired delivery location is not a saved site in your customer portal yet.
- Once a site is selected, the information for the assigned Site Contact for that site is displayed.
- Users with admin credentials can add a new Site Contact from this step in the ordering process as well. This provides flexibility if the existing Onsite Contact won't be available during the delivery time.

- The Site Contact can also be changed even after placing the order.
Address Info
- Upon selecting a site from the dropdown, the address associated with that site is automatically displayed below the Site Contact fields.
- Map Visual: The selected site’s address will be displayed at the bottom of the screen on a map.
