This step requires selecting the delivery location and entering the onsite contact's information
Delivery Info
- Site Selection: Select the delivery location from a dropdown that contains all of the existing sites in your customer portal.
- Admins can add a new delivery site during this step if it is not already saved in your customer portal.
- Selecting a site displays the contact information for the assigned Site Contact.
- Admins can also add a new Site Contact during this step, ensuring flexibility if the current Onsite Contact is unavailable for the delivery.
- The Site Contact can be changed even after the order is placed.
Address Info
- Selecting a site from the dropdown automatically displays its address below the Site Contact fields.
- Map Visual: The address of the selected site will be displayed on a map at the bottom of the screen.
