      Order Info

      Customers initiate the order generation process with just one click.

      New Order - Step 1

       

      Selecting the New Order button at the top left of your screen takes you right to the order process.

       

       

      User Information 

      • The contact information of the user that is placing the order is automatically displayed.

       


        • If the user that is placing the order has admin credentials, they can select another user as the contact for the order or even add a new contact entirely. 

        • Immediately under the User Info section in Step 1 you will find the Order Info section.

      • Recurring Order Toggle:
        • Sliding this ON changes the option in the calendar picker. The user can select a custom date range and delivery days for a set of deliveries to occur.
        • The example below shows the user selecting recurring deliveries to occur every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday during the dates of July 1 - July 31.

       

       

      • If the Recurring Order toggle is OFF, you can select a single day for the desired delivery.
      • Optional Fields:
        • Customer PO Number: User can input their own purchase order (PO) number 
        • Job Name: User can assign a nickname to the delivery location.
      • Required Inputs*:
        • Delivery Date: Select the day you would like your fuel delivered.
        • Delivery Window: Select your preferred delivery window. Delivery windows are in increments of 4 hours starting with 6am-10am, 10am-2pm, and so on. 
          • PLEASE NOTE: The delivery window is not a guaranteed time of delivery due to sometimes unforeseen circumstances such as weather or longer than anticipated time spent at another delivery location.
